• Proactive Partner – £800/month (20 hours)
• Trusted Right Hand – £1,200/month (30 hours + priority support)

🎯 Can you create a custom VA support plan for me?
Yes! If your needs don’t fit a package, I can create a bespoke plan just for you. Charged at £45/hour (minimum 2 hours), it’s tailored to your priorities, your workflows, and your business rhythm.

⏳ Is there a minimum commitment?
For monthly support, a minimum of one month applies, with 14 days’ notice to pause or stop. One-off projects have a 2-hour minimum. The goal is flexibility—no fuss, just support that works for you.

💬 How will we stay in touch?
Most clients use email or Asana for day-to-day communication. Zoom or Teams check-ins are included in every package.

Higher-tier plans include priority responses for urgent updates - keeping communication effortless and timely.

I use AI-enhanced tools and familiar platforms to make your life easier, including:

Unused hours don’t roll over, but I’ll provide monthly updates and suggest ways to maximise your time so every hour works for you.

💸 Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Currently, VAT is not charged. If this changes, all clients will be notified in advance.
