If your needs sit slightly outside of the packages, we can discuss a tailored approach.

⏳ Is there a minimum commitment?
Ongoing support is structured on a monthly basis, with a minimum one-month commitment.

There’s no long-term contract - just clear, simple terms so you have flexibility.

For one-off support, a minimum time allocation applies.

💬 How will we stay in touch?
Communication is kept simple and consistent.

Most clients use email or a shared workspace (such as Asana) for day-to-day updates, with regular check-ins

where needed.

The aim is to keep communication clear - without it becoming another task for you to manage.
